Berat has over 24 years of expertise in physical security operations, with 16 years focused on managing large-scale security programs. His extensive experience covers risk assessment, budget control, asset protection, emergency response, access control systems, and security training and development. He has a proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships and lead security teams to meet and exceed organizational goals. Berat’s previous experience includes overseeing teams , managing daily security operations, and safeguarding critical infrastructures, all while significantly enhancing security protocols across multiple site. He has performed risk assessments and worked closely with property management to protect over 4,000 building occupants. His ability to implement comprehensive security solutions helped ensure safety across all properties under his supervision. Berat is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
