MEET TAFARRI EARLE.
In our latest spotlight, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Tafarri, a Security Guard at Emerson College in Boston, MA. Taylor has not only exemplified our company’s core values but has also personally portrayed Valuing Ownership and Providing Exceptional Client Experiences through both their commitment to excellence and ability to step up as a leader and mentor. Their dedication to these core value and to Windwalker serves as an inspiration to us all.
Below are several questions we asked Tafarri, Michael Williams, Emerson College Account Managers, and Brittany Pascasio, Assistant Manager, along with their responses.
What makes you want to go to work everyday?
Tafarri: Being a supervisor [with Windwalker] allows me to support others, make meaningful contributions to the company, and continue to learn and challenge myself.
How long have you been working at Emerson as part of the Windwalker team?
Tafarri: I have been working with Emerson for 7 years now. Over that time, I’ve grown both professionally and personally, gaining experience in different roles.
What opportunities has Windwalker offered to help you grow within the company?
Tafarri: Windwalker has provided resources, training, and support that has helped me develop my leadership skills.
What is Taylors role on site from a supervisor perspective?
Michael: As a 2nd and 3rd shift security supervisor, Tafarri plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the security team. His responsibilities include overseeing that all guards comply with uniform regulations and post orders. Tafarri also maintains order during the shift, whether by stepping in to cover shifts for absent employees, providing retraining for individuals who may have forgotten important post information, or addressing any other needs that arise. In essence, Tafarri is pivotal in upholding security standards and maintaining a strong and effective security presence during his shifts.
What values and traits does Tafarri represent on site?
Michael: Throughout his time with us at Emerson, Tafarri has continuously exceeded our expectations in terms of inspiring team members and portraying strong leadership skills. He exhibits expectational communication abilities and is an active listener. Our staff has benefited from his perseverance in developing efficient onboarding and learning opportunities. In carrying out his duties, he exhibits a high degree of professionalism, dependability, and determination to make sure our team is set up for success. Tafarri is a valuable member of our team due to his understanding of our site dynamics and job requirements.
As the site supervisor, how would you describe Taylor?
Michael: Tafarri deserves recognition and being spotlighted for his exemplary leadership skills, and his commitment to excellence. His exceptional performance has not only made a significant contribution to the Windwalker Group but has also inspired others to strive for excellence. He has consistently gone above and beyond with his work and continues to have a positive attitude and work ethic. With Tafarri's hard work, dedication and commitment to this company we are happy to have I’m apart of this team and all the outstanding work he continues to do.
