At Windwalker, we believe in recognizing the outstanding contributions, innovative ideas, and relentless dedication that make us who we are. Our Annual Awards Program is designed to celebrate the individuals and teams who go above and beyond, driving our company forward and inspiring us all to strive for excellence. Below is a description of awards that are open for nominations.
Award for Exception Service
Awarded to any Team Windwalker member for outstanding accomplishments contributing to more effective and efficient corporate or enhanced contract performance. Examples may involve improved administration, improved operations, substantial cost savings, or other benefits to the corporation or specific contracts that have materially facilitated the satisfactory performance of meeting corporate goals and objectives.
Life-Saving Award
This award is presented to any Windwalker Group team member whose actions directly contribute to saving or significantly prolonging human life.
Certificate of Commendation
Awarded to any Windwalker Group team member to recognize a high degree of competence and professionalism in performing their position's responsibilities. Standards include exemplary conduct during an onsite incident or emergency operation, outstanding execution of administrative tasks, the practical and consistent handling of fiscal obligations, and the development and successful implementation of a new and beneficial corporate program. It also includes designing and conducting a course of training and commendable participation in any other activity that improves the corporation's functioning or brings credit to a contract's delivery of services in any way. It may also encompass any Team Windwalker member who has demonstrated long-term excellence in service and position responsibilities.
Medal of Valor
It is awarded to a Protection and Preparedness team member for conspicuous gallantry while acting in the line of duty, which includes acts of exceptional bravery performed at very high risk to their own lives with full awareness of the danger involved.
Letter of Recognition
Presented to Team Windwalker members who perform their position responsibilities in a manner that demonstrates outstanding professionalism, devotion to duty, and dedication to the performance of corporate goals and objectives. This award may also include submitting any suggestion adopted by the corporation that improves administrative or operational efficiency.
