A Letter From The CEO About Aiming Higher in 2021

Each year our firm adopts a theme that focuses on our priorities for the incoming year and the goals we must meet. This year, we decided to choose “Aiming Higher” as our 2021 theme. After surviving the year 2020, it felt unrealistic that we would have the audacity to aim higher than we have performed. Despite the treacherous previous year, we must aim higher, regardless of the current challenges, for one simple reason, the stakes are too high.

In a recent survey conducted by the Conference Board CEO Challenge Survey, over 900 CEOs stated that employee hiring and retention are the most significant challenges that they will face in 2021. I believe in supporting retention by meaningful training. To accomplish that training, I also recognize that we must administer it engagingly and meet our employees’ current needs. This activity is often seen as an afterthought, something that only happens when things go wrong, instead of a tool used to elevate employees to meet current and ongoing complex demands.

As a training company, Windwalker continuously looks for ways to improve our clients’ training services. We understand that CEOs need to be more equipped to retain a competent, agile, and diverse workforce to meet new challenges better. We leverage technology not to restrict the differences among us but enhance learning. Our company has decided to aim higher despite the current challenging business environment. We are grateful to work with so many clients who strive for the high level of training delivery that we produce.

Training is much too significant not to aim higher when thinking about retaining and recruiting your employees.
